Welcome to the official website for Feltwell Parish Council.
Feltwell is a rural village in the county of Norfolk, sitting on the borders of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Feltwell has the largest area of any parish in Norfolk. It has a large thriving primary school and playgroup, and a dispensing doctors surgery that not only covers the parish of Feltwell but many surrounding parishes too. There is also a playing field, two convenience shops, a pub, social club, beauty salon, two hairdressers, cafe, gift shop, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, gymnasium, bowls club and a garage. Recently, Feltwell Museum has also opened it’s doors to the public. Feltwell also has three parish churches; St Mary’s, St Nicholas’ and the Methodist Church.
Ever wondered what your Parish Council is here to do? The Parish Council is made up of 11 members who represent the village on various matters. We are effectively the third tier of local government, the other two being Norfolk County Council and Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council.
